Little about me…
My name is Vicky Shemer. I grew up in Odessa,Ukraine and since my mom worked a lot I was brought up by my grandmother Lydia,who always cooked grains,vegetables and green salads;recycled glass jars and shopping bags;knew a lot of herbal remedies and looked 50 years old when she was 70! Right now I’m studying for Masters in Holistic Nutrition and doing a lot of research on disease prevention and non-toxic life style. I live in Atlanta,GA with my wonderful &supportive husband Doobie;beautiful &talented daughter Katie;our two cats Ginger &Marie and newly found dog Miles. I’m certain that if we can reduce or even eliminate toxins and chemicals in our lives,we can prevent many diseases and live longer,happier and healthier lives.
